Analytics Dashboard
The analytics page is organized into tabs, each focusing on a different aspect of your feedback data.
Overview Tab
- Feedback Trends — weekly volume chart showing how much feedback you're receiving
- Sentiment Trends — how positive, neutral, and negative sentiment changes over time
- Sentiment Breakdown — interactive chart of sentiment distribution (click to filter by type)
- Keyword Analysis — visualization of the most frequently mentioned topics in your feedback

Deeper look at how your metrics change over time:
- Historical trend comparisons
- Period-over-period changes
AI Insights Tab
AI-generated analysis of your feedback data:
- Daily Insights — AI highlights and summaries generated each day
- Quick Insights — patterns and themes automatically detected across your feedback
Emotion Intelligence Tab
Deep analysis of the emotional content in your feedback:
- Emotion Distribution — breakdown of detected emotions (joy, sadness, anger, fear, surprise, disgust)
- Emotion Trends — how emotions change over time
- Period Comparison — compare emotional patterns between time periods
- Emotion Correlations — relationships between emotions and feedback categories
Smart Alerts
Smart Alerts are AI-powered notifications that surface important feedback requiring your attention. Access them from the Reports tab in the analytics dashboard.
Alert Types
| Type | What It Detects |
|---|---|
| Issues | Negative sentiment or low ratings that indicate problems |
| Bugs | Feedback that AI identifies as potential bug reports |
| Praise | Positive feedback highlights worth celebrating |
Alert Priority Levels
- Immediate — urgent items that should be addressed within 4 hours
- High — important issues to address soon
- Medium — worth reviewing in your next feedback session
- Low — informational, no immediate action needed
Managing Alerts
- Filter by type (Issues, Bugs, Praise), priority, or status (active, dismissed, resolved)
- Dismiss alerts you've reviewed
- Resolve alerts you've acted on
- Analyze Recent — trigger re-processing of new feedback to generate fresh alerts
Sentiment Analysis
Every feedback item is automatically scored for sentiment:
- Positive — satisfied users, praise, compliments
- Neutral — factual observations, questions, suggestions
- Negative — complaints, frustrations, reported issues
Each analysis includes a confidence score so you know how certain the AI is about its assessment.
AI-Powered Analysis per Feedback
For each feedback item, AI automatically detects:
- Sentiment — positive, neutral, or negative
- Emotion — joy, sadness, anger, fear, surprise, disgust
- Category — general, feature, bug, UI/UX, performance, service, auth, pricing
- Impact Level — how significant the feedback is
- Keywords — key topics and themes extracted from the text
- Trigger Tags — specific signals like "bug report" or "feature request"
Time Range Controls
Filter all analytics views by time period:
- All time
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
Best Practices
- Check Smart Alerts regularly — address Immediate priority items first
- Monitor sentiment trends — a downward trend may signal a product issue
- Use emotion insights — emotions reveal deeper user feelings beyond simple sentiment
- Review AI insights daily — the AI highlights patterns you might miss
- Share findings with your team — invite team members so everyone can access insights
