This Cookie Policy explains how FeedSense ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar storage technologies on our marketing site (feedsense.co), our dashboard (app.feedsense.co), and the feedback widget our customers embed on their own sites.
Essential storage is required for the platform to function. Analytics storage activates only after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner. The third parties that may set or receive data from these technologies are also listed in our sub-processor list.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also rely on closely related browser storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage) which behave similarly from a privacy standpoint and are covered by this policy even though they are technically not cookies.

These help us understand how the marketing site and dashboard are used so we can improve them. They are blocked until you accept analytics in the cookie banner, and can be turned off at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

We pin Mixpanel to its EU data residency endpoint and configure it not to collect IP addresses. See the sub-processor list for the regions and policies of each provider.
When you embed the FeedSense feedback widget on your own website, the SDK may store the following data in your visitors' browsers. Disclose this storage in your own privacy and cookie policies. Your visitors are your data subjects, not ours.
